Tin Nguyen is a photojournalist based in Northern Virginia.

His assignments cover community life as well as regional issues in Washington D.C.
suburban areas, recently as an award-winning staff photographer for the Fairfax Times
Community Newspapers in Northern Virginia,
and currently with the Gazette Newspapers in Montgomery County, Maryland.

He was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans,
Louisiana. All of his adult life in the U.S. he has pursued photography to convey
keen interests in the diverse and multi-cultural aspects of American life.
